The site UN Multimedia includes a plethora of photos, radio shows, videos and multimedia produced by or in conjunction with the United Nations.
The video below features Ambassador Peter Wittig, Chairman of the Peacebuilding Commission, who speaks about the difficulties faced by peace builders. A primary problem is that an unacceptable number of regions fall back into conflict within a few years of the end of a peace keeping effort.
