Dig Deep
Dig Deep is an effort to improve global access to clean drinking water. During the epic California drought of 2014, the group conceived of a program called "The Four Liter Challenge." The challenge is to spend a day (or more) using just four liters of water, which is the average water consumption in many poorer parts of the globe.
Many schools have taken up the challenge and have developed curriculum around a day's water consumption to help raise awareness of this critical resource.
