Christmas Seals

Christmas Seals is a fundraising effort by the American Lung Association. You would add a Christmas seal along with the postage on your Christmas Cards.

Christmas Cards were physical paper cards sent through the mail. For those who don't remember, postal mail is an old technology for delivering letters, bills and parcels. Email was actually named after the old technology of mail.

Every Christmas the Christmas Seals campaign would have a commercial saying: Christmas Seals comes to Life. The video below shows the commercial from 1961.
